To me, it means less military spending. If you cut that in half, it’s money saved. Or we can put that into the government agencies that service Education, Transportation, Science, etc.

But if you view bipartisan ship as a strange arbitrary collection of binaries, you’ll be confused and angry. But it will be your misunderstanding that is at fault, not the idea of bipartisanship.
