as is his dying song, reminiscent of Eponine’s “rain will make the flowers grow” death in Les Mis.
“sit your ass down and drink your goddamn tea” lives in my head rent free forever.
I guess we’re not going to see Sokka get totally pwned in the girl’s school poetry slam in (iirc) Ba Sing Se either? :-(
the one Night Court scene that lives rent free in my head is when they all took IQ tests and Bull says he scored 181 and they all look at him like what, and then he goes, “oh wait it’s upside down”
Houston looks up from its Saturn V rocket display and goes, “shuttle what?”
Endeavour’s maiden voyage landed at Edwards. It wasn’t supposed to but they had to divert from the usual White Sands landing site. Half of Southern California drove up to watch it land. Best damn tailgate party I’ve ever been to.
Moonfall basically did this with the same shuttle, only it wasn’t standing. It was however covered in graffiti.
three words: Mister Tambourine Man
when I was growing up these were my favorite books (yes I’m THAT OLD). My favorite was the second one though, but just the thought of Boris the Dragon and Elmer Elevator getting a moving adventure warm the cockels of my ancient heart.
I use ATONE for my opening word, and if nothing hits I’ll use GUILD as my second word. That wipes out ten of the most common letters at once as well as all the vowels. If however some of the ATONE letters pop up, I may use GIRLS instead for the second word if I’m confident U is a non issue.
to this day I can’t listen to “Old Time Rock and Roll” without thinking “oh and by the way BOOGERRRRRRRRR”
longshot bet is that Miss Minutes is the actual big bad.
#toofckinnice= too fckin nice
“I know, I’ll take Thor’s day... no wait, I have a better idea...”
forget it Jake, it’s 2020 town.

no they’re getting outdoor covered areas complete with swing chairs, planter boxes, hammocks, and unlimited lemonade
Same here! I used to laugh about it in college, never spent any time browsing the bookstore if I could help it. Getting my textbooks was even less fun than usual. People thought I hated to read. Glad I’m not the only one.
