Speaking of Nate, his story remains the most heartbreaking in the larger Ted Lasso universe.

Almost time for my favorite show, Stedlasso
It’s hilarious that you’re attempting to defend the shoe thing. Because of one man who had a shoe explosive that didn’t even work in 2001, we all still have to take our shoes off? Come on man. This is the worst example of security theater (see also: belts) - it’s inconvenient and affects just about everyone, so…
Me. That’s my answer. I do ot want to see that. This seems like one of the smarter decisions Netflix has made recently. You don’t need that much money to create pleasing but banal production design. I’m sure most of the budget is for above- the-line acting contracts, though. But in the age of Tyler Perry and shitty…
I can’t believe they’re up to 80 for Brady! 80 of them?!
I have all 72 issues of the Archie series (and all the important mini-series and some specials), and all 12 Mutanimals comics, and the one you speak of, to me, was the pinnacle of the Archie TMNT universe. Everything led to that story, and like you said, as a 10 year old, it was quite shocking. I was like, the turtles…
He got in one little fight and the Oscars got scared.
I’m not a huge cheese curl consumer, but these Herr’s puffs are the best by far in my experience. Now I have to try a few off your list.
I love the Buffalo wings flavor, but I can’t find them anywhere in my region (souithcentral PA, snack food headquarters) except at the Lidl in York. That’s a 30-minute drive. It’s frustrating.
Appreciate it - I played for 2 hours or so over the weekend and have died around ten times already lol. I left the opening dungeon and immediately faced off with a dude on a giant horse that killed me with one swipe. Snuck past him and got killed by a bunch of random bats (killed two but last one got me). Then ran…
Totally agree - I like to dine at places like this maybe once or twice a year for birthdays or special occasions. It’s 100% about the experience, and in years of going to these, only once have I left feeling like I didn’t have enough food. You’re right as well - where some people would go to a sports game or a theatre…
“...Getting a powerful handheld console just to play Stardew Valley again”
The fact that Vampire Survivors, a ~$5 title, is consistently the most played game on a powerful $400+ handheld device never fails to crack me up.
Bust up this fucking monopoly already.
Re: Albie and Dom - you’re right about Dom’s encounters ultimately not mattering to the outcome, plot-wise.
I’m not sure anybody turns into anybody.
The grandfather’s reflection on the interaction in Testa dell’Acqua I see flew under the radar here.
Just going to say, it’s maddening that the infographic has a blow-up of Europe that is positioned as the Eastern part of North America / its own continent. For something that is trying to look aesthetically pleasing, it’s a pretty bad design choice.
Thats interesting... for someone who is a self-confessed fan of the saga, I have found myself feeling quite detached from Phase 4 and one of the things for me has been the seeming wall-to-wall content. If you’d have asked, I’d have said it was closer to 30/40 hours but seeing it in stark (pun intended) terms like that…
If they were in Michigan, instead of Italy, they’d have VERY nice whitefish indeed.
