Do you remember when a movie showtime was actually the time the movie started? Nowadays, the showtime is when 30-40 minutes of ads for upcoming movies, soft drinks, and the movie theater you’re already at start. I actually timed it for the last few movies I’ve seen and it was 35 minutes or more each time.

There is an episode of Just Shoot Me where Maya dates Ray Liotta and forces him to not use his celebrity to get preferred treatment and the results were roughly the same lol.

For one - he’s never actually stopped working on them. He does still post occasional updates on the books and the ASOIAF community seems to think he’s been indicating the sixth book is done through social media posts and it will be announced for release soon. I do think the sixth book will come out at some point - I

To be more clear than maybe I was in my OP, I don’t think either Trump or Biden should be able to run for president as they’re both similarly old.

This is so stupid. We have a minimum age for running for president. Why can’t we have a maximum one? Forgetting the increased likelihood that someone this old loses their control over mental and physical functions, do people really want someone who is quite frankly on their way out to have such a critical role in

He knows what the ending is but he doesn’t know how to get all of the characters there - he has talked about it in the past.

He’s never finishing the books - I accepted that a few years ago. Seems pretty clear that he just has no idea how to do it.

I’ve flown 600+ times for work over last decade or so. Don’t know there is any one answer to this. Back in 2013 when I started flying for work, it was Nintendo 3DS games like the Professor Layton series and whatever new Mario or Zelda games came out. The Switch was a major upgrade and I probably played at least half

I stopped watching TWD on that fakeout ending and never came back. It was such a slap in the face to the viewer and I already knew what was likely happening from the comics (which I later confirmed by reading a recap of the next season’s premiere).

And if their coup occurs on January 6 (because when else will Vic take over Singer?), someone let Eric Kripke know being too on the nose doesn’t make for interesting storytelling.

Someone on Reddit made a comment that this season has felt like the second part of S2 and that made the most sense to me. It feels like a continuation of threads from S2 and not a complete season on its own.

All the Horsemen from Now You See Me 2 are poised to return, including Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher, Dave Franco, and Morgan Freeman.

Who actually likes the CW’s new strategy?

Would assume that the OG X-Men will be in Secret Wars and then gone for good. I think I read at one point that a lot of the actors had contracts with Fox that made it so Marvel couldn’t recast until 2025 as well.

It makes it seem like Carmy has no idea what he is doing and shouldn’t be in charge of a restaurant. Everyone else on the team is sensible with the issues it causes - the increased cost, the impact to front of house and service.

The example I always think of is Arrested Development. The show was much funnier and more creative when they had to work around network constraints and either allude to crude terms and jokes or use the occasional extended bleep to leave what characters were actually saying to the viewer’s imagination.

The Fare is a great movie that primarily takes place in a taxi cab and there is good reason for it. Don’t want to spoil it but will mention there is a time loop aspect to it as well.

“We didn’t have the same kind of limitations that we had back in the ‘90s where it was made specifically for a children’s audience and we had to worry about making sure that would sell a certain number of toys,” Timm told IGN in a recent cover story. “Getting a chance to do the show without the same kind of

Who cares about if the available names are big? One of the better casting decisions that the MCU has had in the last ten years was Tom Holland as Spider-Man and he was a complete unknown to most people before he got cast. They don’t need established actors in every role. Maybe Professor X and Magneto need to be

It’s a healthy perspective and hopefully he continues to get better physically and mentally.
