It was the same kid, Oakes Fegley…I recognized the name in the credit because you don't hear the name Oakes very often, if at all.

I liked it well enough, just wish they had ended it with the family reunited in the pantry instead of the Mad Men-like tag. But it was a fairly good season by recent standards. Please, writers, just give us more of this relatively happy family, no more dream separations for Homer and Marge.

Just a thought, how do we know it's not someone Axl's already knows? His reaction, to me, possibly indicated that it was someone he hadn't seen for a while, which led to me to think it could be Cassidy. But if it is someone new, we have every reason to believe that the show will cast someone great in the part.

I think Fusco's shaping up to be the wild card in the endgame. I'd hate to see any of the main characters die, but it seems inevitable that someone will be sacrificed. My most likely pick would be Root if I was forced to choose, either way, it's bound to be an emotional episod whenever that time comes.

Yeah, but then Acker probably wouldn't have wanted to do this show if she had just finished 6 years on Lost, and so we would have missed out on Root. Holloway would have been a good choice as Reese too. I think it worked out for the best in both cases.

I didn't get to see how the votes played out, as the weather disrupted my feed, but this is a shocking upset to me. We had every reason to believe that Aubry was winning the million once it was cemented a Final 3, and as the review mentioned, she answered every question easily and owned her game. So how did Michele

Everybody Hates Hugo: After being the last to get a flashback in Season 1, Hurley quickly gets another in Season 2. Now that things have settled down in the hatch, Hurley's been tasked by Jack with organizing the food and making sure that everyone gets what they need.

Orientation: The most talked about scene in the Classic review was the Locke/Jack exchange near the end, which goes, of course, as follows:

I know it's not as exciting as it once was, but I didn't see The Amazing Race on that schedule. Anyone heard anything about that? I'd pair it with Survivor on Wednesdays and keep it going for at least another 3-5 years.

Adrift: In what would become a trend in the later seasons, the focus stays on a select few characters, this time with the flashback going to Michael. Unfortunately, we didn't really get to cover any new ground, as we already knew that Michael was losing Walt and wanted to fight for him. No one came off well in the

Man of Science, Man of Faith: The Season 2 opener picks up from where Jack and Locke were looking into the hatch, but from a different perspective. We meet a man who seems to be living in a nice home, complete with kitchen, exercise bike, living room with books, records, etc. But as he's taking care of business with

Yeah, as much as people complain about The Simpsons' quality having gone way down since their golden age, it would still be quite a shock to see the show no longer on Fox's schedule.

Brick's smart enough to help Axl with his schoolwork…he wrote a book report for him in Season 1, which he only gave to him page by page so that Axl would spend time with him. Brick also came to college to help Axl figure out how to pass his classes in Season 5. There are other bits and pieces that I'm not recalling

I've never liked the Final 3 scenario, because there is always someone at the end who's going to get no votes or 1 vote at best, and that just reduces the drama to me. With the Final 3, it's a lot easier to figure out who the winner is going to be.

It's amazing how quickly having (perceived) power goes to someone's head. Tai certainly wouldn't have had any idea of how the advantage has been a detriment to Dan and Stephen, but he just played this all wrong tonight. I think Aubry and Cydney were smart to keep him around because they know they can definitely beat

Thanks for the reply, and I hope to see you here again at some point. I have a habit of saying/writing the wrong thing sometimes, and I thought maybe my comment about Claire and Ethan in the caves was the trigger.

Exodus: The finale to a fantastic opening season of Lost remains an excellent one, and reading Myles' review again made me realize there's so much going on here. Before I get into the good stuff, I do think the slight knock against it, in hindsight, is that the show would never quite be the same once they looked into

Should that have even been a scenario for Tai though? I thought they at least had to declare they were playing it as a Super Idol before the vote. Unless one player has both Idols, they shouldn't be able to combine their Idols after the votes are read. That adds to its power even more, I think.

I agree about the lack of variety, voiced that a couple weeks ago as well. I get that they want to have challenges that take advantage of their setting, but since the game is supposed to be "Outwit, outplay, outlast", how about some more challenges that focus on the "Outwit" part? And by that, I don't mean more

It said it was Annderson in the end credits last week.
