I tend not to have bad feelings for Season 6, but I was not a fan of how Sayid's storyline played out in the end, and I'd have to agree that you definitely hear his British a lot more in the final season. It wasn't something I had paid much attention to, but when he sits up at the end of LA X, you can hear the

I thought that Sayid and Kate were one of the better pairings in Season 1 and I wouldn't be surprised if there were a lot of fans who were "shipping" them at the time. Every scene that they had in the first couple of seasons was very quiet and understated, as you said, communicating without using words. I'd say she

This seems like it would be a question this site would pose to its TV readers: what's a good number of episodes to watch of any show before you decide it's worth say, a whole season, or time to jump off the bandwagon?

I don't see it so much as a defense of Lost, I think the majority of comments in Lost so far have been a reminder of the great moments, and characters that a lot of us came to love immediately. There are still a lot of people who love Lost and there's no reason why we can't still talk about it in a healthy way.

Boone's funeral is a pretty powerful scene at the beginning of The Greater Good, another reminder of the "live together, die alone" philosophy that Jack has brought to the group. Boone tried hard to be a leader and just wasn't up to it in the way that Jack, Locke, or Sayid was, but it was nice to see him get a proper

And it was just as amazing in White Rabbit as it was in Do No Harm.

To be fair, I believe it's Nadia who comes to Sayid after finding out that he survived Oceanic 815 and after their press conference, the Oceanic rep tells Sayid that she is there waiting to speak with him. The relationship was re-ignited from that point.

Me three.

Going back to Do No Harm, I think Lilly's "This baby is all of us" is a great line and a great reminder that no matter what happened between the castaways in Season 1, good and bad, they had become a makeshift family. Watching everyone come together to celebrate Aaron's birth was a joy, even with what had just

I think you're right, those are all from Season 1…which means now I have to come up a list of the other great ones from all the seasons, which could be a long list. ;-)

Do you really think there are that many hardcore fans who feel that way? I've read many discussions about the finale, and most of the discussion about misunderstanding the show revolves around the finale and whether or not they were dead the whole time. It's very clear when Christian explains to Jack that NO, they

Well aware of the Lostpedia article, I like to read that stuff as well, just seeing the Numbers in that particular episode was new for me. There's just so many little details in this show that can be overlooked, so it's just cool to see something that I didn't see on a previous viewing.

Going back to last week's recap briefly: it's cool to see the writers using the Numbers in fun little ways, starting with Locke in the toy store (Aisle 8 for regulation footballs, 15 for nerf). I recently caught a new one in Two for the Road when Ana Lucia returns to the police station and an overhead shot allows us

Fourthed, and I love the discussion that's following every recap as well. Great to see so many fresh perspectives on Season 1 and the show in general, whether it's from someone who hasn't seen Lost yet and is discovering it now, or someone who has watched it several times and sees the characters, storylines, etc. in

"Dude, it looks like someone steamrolled Harry Potter."

Favorite music in the series? Might just be "Life and Death". Such an amazing scene to close out Do No Harm, there's a lot of great scenes in Lost where no words are needed, and this could very well be the best of all.

I'm planning on watching Live Together, Die Alone this weekend and I'm thinking back to how well it fits with all that's going on in these two hours. Not only is Boone dying and Aaron being born, but we have Locke trying to figure out where the island is taking him, and then Desmond, who we haven't even met yet,

Best Hurley episodes (one opinion):

One of the best couples of the show, and "…in Translation" is a nice turning point for Jin, even though we've seen hints of him already trying to make nice with everyone. I recently watched "The Whole Truth", and I really like the moment near the end where Sun tells Jin of her pregnancy and he wants to share it with

Love "The Man from Tallahassee" and "Left Behind" is one of my favorite Kate-centric hours. If you're enjoying those, I think you'll be blown away by "Through the Looking Glass", which for me is still the best episode of Lost.
