If you're still only through 3.10, I think you're really going to love what comes next. Without spoiling anything, I feel like Hurley has some great moments coming up and it might change how you feel about him. But there are plenty of great characters to enjoy, and everyone has their favorites.

Tie for me between 4 and 16.

In response to #1, I'm fine with the first six episodes…obviously, not the same quality as the back half of Season 3, but I was glad to have it back on TV. Juliet was a great addition, and while the flashbacks were losing their luster, the cliffhanger at the end of "I Do" still works for me.

It's definitely fun to speculate about stuff like that, although I find myself usually pondering the "what if" scenarios. I would think that yes, Hurley probably gave up the Jacob role, and I would also say he probably didn't have it for as long as most people think. Walt was brought back for a reason, as Chandler

Great points, and I'd like to throw in as a runner-up for a purely enjoyable moment…when Hurley uses the same bus to take down the Others at the beach and then radioes to Jack that he saved everyone. The reaction of the castaways just makes me smile every time.

Addressing Hurley as a leader: I've mentioned this in previous comments, but I think even in the B-stories, Hurley shows his leadership abilities on several occasions. Starting in the Pilot, he's the one distributing food to everyone, then later, the golf course, the census, and so on. He was never afraid to step up

I thought we were just going by Season 1, but if we're including the whole series, that would change my pick. "Greatest Hits" would definitely rank top three at worst.

To answer Myles' question (and I am going to discount "Walkabout" for this), my favorite flashback would be Jack's in "White Rabbit", and then my next three would be (in no particular order): Charlie's in "The Moth", Sawyer in "Outlaws", and Hurley in "Numbers".

Yeah, it's really great to watch the two of them interact. No jumping through hoops, Jin apologizes and that's that. One of the best scenes of "…in Translation" and I love the way Mr. Kwon addresses the situation: just do the one last job and be done with Paik, forever.

We need more quotes on here, just like classic Simpsons.

Wasn't aware that he was overused, Numbers was the first time I had heard a song of his, but I really enjoyed it in the montage.

Who does he think he is, with that slingshot in his back pocket? Dennis the Menace?

"Hey! He looks just like you, poindexter!"

If they're impressed by her, I'm gonna Bart their world.

I don't know if it's fair to compare the two, but watching The Leftovers so far has really made me appreciate even more that Lost did take the time to find some light moments for everyone.

Also Yunjin Kim auditioned for Kate, and while she didn't get it, a new role was essentially created for her when they changed the couple from German to Korean after seeing how good she was.

Anyone catch the line from Locke somewhere early on in Homecoming? I don't remember it word-for-word, but as he, Jack, and others discussed how to defend against Ethan, Locke didn't want everyone to go to the caves because he was concerned about being in a "confined space" where Ethan could potentially bring the

I think this is accurate…the season 2 episode Adrift was supposed to be about Sawyer and the flashback involved the "Tampa job" but they didn't like what they had so they focused on Michael instead.

Yeah, that was an obvious one that I shouldn't have forgotten, especially since I just saw him in the final episode of the season.
