I had a sneaking suspicion that Nash's attitude towards Croz is precisely because of Nash's recent divorce. It's always a shame to read that these dues are angry at each other. The music of (early) CSNY—in the group and solo—was so brilliant, and they all squandered opportunities to get back and make good music. But

If only he responded as to why Nash is epically pissed off at him at the moment.

I'd like to add in Crosby, Still, & Nash (with or without Young. Probably without). Even when they're songs are subpar, the harmonies are still there and gorgeous to boot! I know a few years ago they went into the studio with Rick Rubin and it fell to pieces, but I think there's still at least one last *GREAT* CSN

A nice little touch was Kyle lighting the Menorah the correct way! Looks like someone has been studying his minhag!

Hmm…sounds portentous.

Interesting how Alasdair brings up "Steak Me, Amadeus" as a call back at the beginning of the episode. The end of this ep is very much like "Steak Me" as well, with Mordecai and Rigby staring out onto a sunset. Good thematic link.

Interesting choice to use non-Disney music (from Fantastic Mr. Fox).

What does Todd have against Frost?

That's what I thought too! And that "Boy With Apple" was some kind of Holbein the Younger-esque pastiche. And I don't even have a BFA! :-)

And now for something you'll really like!

That white on white was very Rauschenberg-ish.

This my favorite Elton John album. Every song is killer. I remember listening to this album in tandem with Zappa's "You Are What You Is." That was interesting time for sure (my senior year in high school). Also, the song "Slave" makes quite an impression when you listen to it at about the same time you read "Heart of

You'll get no Armageddon references from me…

Hmmm…I vaguely watching it around the same time as Fairly Oddparents, so maybe that caused some confusion. What's the cutoff for "classic" Nicktoons?

Yeah, its probably one of the most obscure Nicktoons of the "classic" era. Maybe AV Club should run a piece about the show as lost in the cartoon pablum of the late 90s. It would seem to be their cup o' tea.

I guess no one's rushing for the Pelswick swag.

Yes, I agree with that theory, based on the "2 in the AM PM" short.

Lovestruck idiots.

If the metaphysics of HFG's existence is perplexing enough, the knot of why he needs some kind of love life is Gordian. Either way, a really great episode. Worth the wait. And yes, the magazine cover was a highlight.

Yes. Rauschenberg's fine.
