I’m late the the FE games. I started with Awakenings and was instantly smitten. (I played the hell out of FFT and Vandal Hearts)

I liked Fates just fine, but had a harder time getting into it. (Started with Birthright)

I really enjoyed the super-casual Heroes (Mainly for breaks at work...)

Can someone TL;DR the reason I need one of these? I have NEVER used the 3D feature (I tried. I wanted it to be awesome, but alas; Headaches) I have a “New” 3DS XL that I can pass on, but I’d hate to lose any functionality/compatibility.
