If all it says is “2022 World Cup Champs”, then it is not premature, as some country WILL win the World Cup, and you can fill in the blank appropriately. If, however, it identifies the US as 2022 champions, that thing is a dishrag.

Look, Trubisky has only been in this system for a year....sorry wrong thread.

The Civic gets like 10% better mpg, that’s not nothing!

Tremendous teamwork

This is like replacing your beige Corolla with a beige Civic.

Terrific! +1

In today’s NFL, who’s to say getting the slotted guaranteed money for the No. 2 overall pick and retiring to your native Hawaii as early as possible isn’t “success”? Go home, Marcus, and don’t look back. You’ll be 26 years old, rich, and local hero.

Nice. A minor suggested adjustment from someone who spends about eleven hours a day thinking about alliteration:

Titans Tee up Tannehill, Tanking for Tua, Though Totally Terrible Team in Tidal Town will Take Top Talent

Like like the Cardinals got swept The Right Way.

Literally every single basketball fan outside the crazy half of LA thinks Kobe ruined that franchise for a decade with his late-career antics.

Or get rid of the last name altogether, and only call him “Doctor,” as if you were a drunk patient showing up in his ER at 3 AM and couldn’t be bothered to learn his name.

I would have gone a slightly different route. I’d agree to call him “doctor” but I’d tell him that his real last name will never, ever be used. He’d have to basically choose between maintaining our previous arrangement or constantly being referred to as “Dr. Feelgood,“Dr. Nick Riviera,” “Dr. Demento,” “Dr. Mengele,”

If he keeps scoring 14 points every 5 minutes, he’s going to be quite good.

And when he went to practice the next day, a small sign hung in the practice facility that read simply: Zach Brown Banned.

He’ll be okay once he and the band start touring again.

Now playing

Either way, if the rule is that defensive holding/DPI away from the ball after the ball has been thrown somewhere else doesn’t count is a really, really, really dumb rule. How many times have we seen plays called back for penalties that had no bearing at all on the outcome? Like a hold on the left sided wide receiver

that’s part of the problem. Last January we all saw one of the most blatant non-calls ever, and instead of it leading to a tightening up of the officiating it’s lead to a stupid rule and to even more blown calls because none of the small fuckups will match that one massive fuckup.
