Maybe a bit late to the party but still here are my two cents:

The level mostly dictates how tough enemies are in combat, and if you play to approach things stealthy (as you should), level won’t make a huge difference.

Agreed, I usually use them for different missions. Children Rescue, capture and the like, I use Evie. Gang fights I just take Jacob rally up some boys and nonchalantly step into an area like hooligans to smash everyone in it.

I’m a reviewer and I get some games for free, some I buy, regardless I always give an unbiased view of the game. It’s not easy because we are all a bit biased in our own ways, but someone who takes reviewing seriously will try it as best they can.
