Oh holy shit, the 1969 thing never occurred to me.

I have this exact amplifier (although it lists a different manufacturer) and have been using it a little over two years now, connected to my iMac via a SoundBlaster DAC (yeah -I know) and a pair of large size Klipsch bookshelf speakers and Klipsch self-powered sub. Fantastic sound.
