RW never made it here because of his Personality. He seems goofy, adorable, sweet —- Those are NOT characteristics the U.S. want in a Rock Star. — particularly not in a "Male" Rock Star.
It was fine for the Spice Girls, but it's unsettling in a male Rock (or Pop) Star.
