I mean, "Lapti Nek" is a horrible song. But it's the right horrible song for Jabba's palace.
Agreed. Answering "What about upvotes?" with "Well, there's a star system!" is like answering "Does the apartment have air conditioning?" with "It has shag carpet!"
Orally repugnant? I know some people like that.
Yeah, I'm certainly no expert, but it seems to me that this would make it difficult to properly pay attention to the music.

I just can't understand that mindset. Whenever I deal with someone in customer service, I tend to assume that said person is completely powerless to help me outside of a few scripted options.
I've been eating kipper snacks since I was little, and I never realized that was the least bit unusual, much less "advanced level".
Every time someone says "you either love it or you hate it", I find myself indifferent to it.
