I agree this whole wight heist was not a good plan, but can you think of a better one? They probably knew it wasn't a great plan, and that's why they weren't about to risk Dany's dragons from the outset. Regardless, as Dany says to Jon at the end on the boat, you have to see it to believe it and now she's seen it,

do you think anything is gonna come of that one species sterilizing worm thing getting out of the garage and eaten by the bird?

im also thinking one of that gang is gonna wind up being the wight they capture. maybe itll be the hound and then theyll bring him back to kings landing for some undead cleganebowl lolol

Why exactly wasn't Brienne, with her sword of Valyrian steel and infinite badassery, invited to join the Westerosi Avengers at Eastwatch?

Jon sails from Dragonstone to Eastwatch in less than half an episode. It's become clear to me that the Drowned God and the Lord of Light must be working together to speed this whole process along.

anyone else think arya will kill cersei with jaime's face on? that's the sort of loophole prophiecies like maggy the frog's normally operate on, but i guess that also means arya will have to kill jaime…i dont know, this face-swapping just shouldn't end well, especially since arya has never fully committed to being no

ok but like could community be on the table.

i think it was meant to show how he operates a la "chaos is a ladder" and actually kinda reassure us that while he seems to be doing jack shit right now, he is indeed thinking about his next move…still came across as a whole lotta mumbo jumbo i agree. im just hoping he and varys get one more scene together before this

sorry bout that, updated the comment for anyone else. i deeply admire your will power.

Have to disagree that the failure of Tyrion's plans has not made sense. He and Daenerys have been trying to win this war and take over Westeros without being cruel…but when has that ever worked on this show? Especially considering they are facing someone as merciless as Cersei. Olenna turned out to be absolutely right

how the fuck did jon get daenerys' raven before sam's

from the looks of it they didnt talk any strategy while they were crossing the narrow sea. the commute to westeros was a straight up pleasure cruise.

i wonder what disgusting scene will happen next week on Citadel Sam!

people who are annoyed at ed sheeran's guest spot on game of thrones are being unfair; how was he supposed to resists all those castles on hills?

love me some Danny Glover, but I don't believe he's won an Academy Award…

can we talk about that amazing shot though of selina coming down the escalator?

First time I've seen the word "dragoons" used in a while.

It's gonna be real tough for me to come back next season if Cirie does not win this time around.

Fallon's lead in the 18-49 demographic is honestly not that impressive, especially when you consider how few young viewers are actually watching the show on TV when it airs. Just look at the numbers the Late Show has been getting on YouTube compared to the Tonight Show. Colbert will get anywhere between 1 and 3

A24 has had a helluva year: The Witch, American Honey, The Lobster, Green Room, and Moonlight – 25% of this list came from their 2016 slate, not to mention Swiss Army Man, Krisha, and 20th Century Women too.
