Soooo... The days of absurdly overpriced men's clothes are over. Now here's some $45-$55 casual tee shirts.

Maybe someone here can provide a list of things we are supposed to care about and in what order.

Already 8 main comments read, and none seems to realize what it’s all about. It’s not about a building, not a symbol of christianism, it’s a matter of 1000 years of something that was in a lot of every single people’s lives.

We live in a Capitalist society, in which people matter less than property.

There is a reason for the outpouring, I don’t expect many who frequent the digital alleys of former Gawker to understand it but there is a reason.

So by your logic, every museum in the world could burn simultaneously, taking every work of art with it, and that wouldn’t be a “tragedy” because nobody died?

I was about to say that wasn’t as much of a tragedy, then realised what I was saying. I guess that’s telling.

I don’t have any problem with French billionaires or Ubisoft putting in a ton of money to this fund. It a national treasure and an impressive piece of history and architecture that I was fortunate enough to visit 6 months ago. It deserves to be restored. I don’t understand all this flak about caring about it even

I guess it has to be a 1000+ year old monument to get special treatment.

Ubisoft is based in France - and this church is integral to one of their games.

notre dame isn’t owned by the church since 1905; it’s state property

This is the best of takes.

It’s stuff like this that prevents me from entering a competitive environment in any game.

I have, for many years, maintained the truism that fighting with honor creates only a moral obligation to lose. If you cannot sort a route around your opponent’s tactics, that’s on you.  So long as the play was within established

I eat at the kitchen counter quite a bit as well. Actually, I’ve been walking around with my food more lately and now I’m starting to wonder if it’s because of The Sims.

Think there was a mod for that...something like “no musical chairs”...made them stay in one spot while doing an action

Let this be a warning. Don’t EVER - even as a joke - put a fedora on your head. It will instantly shrink your brain by a magnitude of ten and transform you into an insufferable duckweed. Also, you’ll look like an idiot wearing a stupid ugly hat.

It’s so bizarre that people are crying over less than $12.50 a year. That’s comparable to seeing a movie.

This backlash is ridiculous. The software isn’t fantastic, but the catalog is constantly updated and has remained top-notch. Plus, if Crunchyroll had done nothing but keep up with inflation for the past 13 years, they would be charging $8.40/month right now. So even after the price raise, they’re still making less

Now playing

Not gonna lie, first time I heard this song was because of Running Man..

Oh christ, why Highlight.
