Cluster bombs aren’t the problem, you jackass. It’s how you use them.

Drop bombs on everyone in Syria without even trying to discriminate = no refugees, because you’ve killed them all.

Using cluster bombs is not, in and of itself, a terrible thing. Cluster bombs are designed to kill masses of enemy troops.

I can’t speak to reprehensible Saudi actions in Yemen. I CAN speak to the fact that the US never indiscriminately dumped cluster munitions over the tops of Iraqi cities.

And the odds are that all of those actions combined over all the years of Iraq and Afghanistan have killed fewer people than the Russians in a few months in Syria.
