Someone’s a bit of a weenie

Sooooo... I was lucky enough to have a Legrndary Explosive Combat shotgun and an upgraded Rifles perk. I just walked into the room, aimed at their legs and let off 60 rounds of pure crippling death on all of them, Power Armor not yet included. It was nothing, even though I was I think... level 18 or something.
