This. I have only owned GM trucks. I have owned four of them, and loved them all. I’m at 13 years and counting on my ‘06 Sierra, but if I were to buy a new truck now, it’d be an F-150. The new Silverado is HIDEOUS, and the GMC is very bleh. I like the way the Ram looks, but I am not prepared to trust FCA’s quality

I got bored and made this, and I stand by it 10000%.

But that is well shy of the $95,000 and $123,000 the average U.S.-based GM assembly worker and skilled work made respectively, including overtime and profit-sharing bonuses.

Is it a problem that is endemic to the suspension type, as FCA claims, or is it unique to their design?

I would imagine a great many Jeep buyers have no idea that the axles/suspension are any different than what they would get from some random crossover.

As someone who gets ALOT of rental cars when I travel for work....

I like the Chevy Cruze. Yeah its a toaster but its a decent little appliance. Good controls, visibility, fuel mileage, radio, seats, etc etc.... Sure its not setting the world on fire, but for the price, it did exactly what it set out to do.

And I will

It would be possible, but you’ve have to go through Montgomery.

Alabama doesn’t have tons of charge points, but there are a lot more than 2. Source: plugshare.com

Most EV drivers rarely go out of their way to charge their cars. I’ve supercharged a single digit number of times since buying my Model 3, the rest of the time I just charge when I’m at work and that one charge is enough for the whole week. I could probably go longer than that without charging if I wanted to but I

My step mom has a Fiat 500. She’s a nice old lady, very proper etc. You have to use the correct picklefork or know the wrath of a Southern Bell raised in Connecticut.

For toting kids, it doesn’t get better than the minivan.  Also, have you tried to fit a motorcycle in an SUV?  Not happening.  Minivans?  Yep.

These things have rear weight bias. Careful getting into a corner too hot, or you might turn the Beat around.

I absolutely love little pickup trucks. Old Rangers, Jeep Comanches, any old Japanese trucks. I’d absolutely buy and drive one as a backup or winter beater if it’s a 4x4.

I wouldn’t bet on it. The trailer made it look like the GT was Shelby’s project. In reailty, It was developed by Lola for Ford and initially raced (unsuccessfully,) by Holman-Moody. Ford later forced the project onto Shelby American (who didn’t want it,) in order to make the car faster and more reliable.

Also a Lotus with a name that didn’t start with E:

I would like to see him try to tackle my wife’s honda odyssey minivan every 2 weeks.

Although I am indeed a male person I do not understand the infatuation with $5000 mechanical watches, which are less accurate than a $5 quartz watch. A quartz watch can have the world’s finest case and face and band and cost a couple hundred dollars. Pure Wall Streeter Thorstein Veblen style luxury goods.

Luxury is by definition a perception.  Luxury goods have no practical or functional advantage over mainstream equivalents.

I almost freaked out at the 96 months part, but then remembered every online shopping experience now comes with an Affirm or Afterpay button under the buy now button. The lack of financial literacy terrifies me
