Not trolling. It’s seriously there for me and a friend running on a Moto X1. You might be using it under TV Mode. If you go into your Plex Settings >> General >> Application Layout >> and choose Mobile.

The new player has mouse support. It’s not perfect though. It’s just hunt and click the menu items, meaning there aren’t ‘right-click context menus’ but it works.

It does exist on Android. I’m using it right now. There are two small icons just above the episode listings. One looks like a named list and the other looks like a thumbnail list.
