Not really. Youre getting the same FPS but half the resolution -not half the framerate. All of the lines are 24FPS - bit you are essentially only seeing half of them.

There were questionable calls on both sides, and there were plenty of players on both sides hamming up non-injuries, so that statement is pretty well pointless.

It can be hard to tell for those (like me) streaming the matches. I was working at the time, but I have also had plenty of issues with buffering too. From what I did see a call for a PK there was in no way "outrageous" or even "highly questionable," but I suppose my opinion is moot since I am no Canuck.
