It seems like all the procedurally generated games only far ...emptier? i dunno...like in minecraft you had an almost endless world to play in but there was always something to do and for the most part you never really moved TOO far away from your start point to do it.

I just started reading lovecraft and it’s pretty surprising how you can see the influences everywhere. It’s sort of like, “oh so THIS is why Stephen King exists!”

Sure. The campaign has literally no story but the gameplay is fun and there’s enough humor to keep you coming back. Just think of the missions as episodes in a saturday morning cartoon instead of a cohesive plot.
I liked how Pendles basically forced everyone to play as a team. If you wanna rambo solo mode the pvp you’re going to pay dearly now if there’s a pendles on the other team.
