Look, I LOVE this show, but I found myself a little disappointed after hearing all the hype around this episode. I just didn't buy a lot of the reaction from Denise's family, specifically when she first brings over a date. It was just too heavy handed for my taste. Still a great episode, but not in my top 3 for

Let me add that the beef rib he ate there was from Carnal, and it was the greatest piece of beef I've ever had.

I'm a therapist in a diverse NJ high school, and obviously this show has struck a cord with many of the students that I work with. I'm watching it currently, seven episodes in.

Moonlight is the best film of this decade. Manchester by the Sea is a top 10 film this decade.
La La Land hardly makes the top 10 of 2016.

I'm always skeptical of sequels, but this film painted quite a world in 100 minutes, and Viggo and Cassel were fantastic.

THIS. I'm pretty disappointed that People vs. OJ was named show of the year, especially with such a stellar year for tv. Was it entertaining? Definitely. But so much of it was fluff - the opposite of masterful television (ex. Better Call Saul, Atlanta)

This really blows my mind, but I haven't seen my favorite album of the year on a single list, anywhere: Night Moves - Pennied Days. Has anyone here heard it? It just feels so criminally underrated to me. My 2nd and 3rd favorites, Whitney and Frank Ocean, are definitely getting their due.

"THIS GUY PREACHES ABOUT HONOR, AND INTEGRITY, AND HOW HE IS THIS GREAT AND NOBLE HUMAN BEING WITH HIS ARROGANCE AND HIS EXTREME EGO. AND THEN HE HAS THE AUDACITY TO PULL THIS CRAP ON ME."

Will wanting "everyone to take him seriously" and not as an 18 year old kid gets really damaged when he throws the victim card in for Ken "using" him.

Hi all! I recently started listening to Exile in Guyville about a year ago following my old man's recommendation. Love it, and I'd contend that "Fuck and Run" is one of the top 20 songs of the 90s. I haven't listened to anything else by her - what album should I do next?

"I'm happy for the first time in my life, and I'm not going to feel bad about it. It takes a long time to realize how truly miserable you are, and even longer to see that it doesn't have to be that way. Only after you give up everything can you begin to find a way to be happy."

I mean, every time they film in her bedroom she's still making an appearance.

The scene where Box finally decides to charge Nas: holy shit. We are so trained by shitty police procedurals to believe and anticipate that the detective is going to dupe the client into incriminating himself, OR that the client is going to give a solid "fuck you" ("screw you", for CBS purposes). But Box TRULY wants

Fuck it guys, this list should just be about the album Either-Or.

I LOVE this band, but for the purpose of talking about one track, "Blizzard of '77" is my favorite "short track" ever made.

I really think that Peter is the byproduct of Trumpifying Obama.

Great acting, directing, cinematography. But just contrived, LAZY writing. Seriously, I struggle listening to a script like Spotlight on the screen and then seeing this. Every line is so "important" and makes little realistic sense in its context.

James: just do it right, make it perfect and real.

Dumb Starbucks also received national attention before anyone knew what the hell it was. Then the episode was superb. As amazing as The Hero just was, Dumb Starbucks is the pantheon.

This show is so fuckin good it hurts.
