Here’s a thought experiment: is there a single recognizable Republican politician that Bowen Yang and this writer (and many of the commenters) would be OK with seeing on SNL in 2024? Mitt Romney? Liz Cheney?

I’d be curious to see the political breakdown of the SNL viewership. I’d venture it’s far more conservative than the cast. With respect to Haley, the show has a long history of having on all kinds of political figures so I don’t read too much into this.

OK, I get and agree with the point that $750K is not enough liability coverage in the modern world. Heck, I carry more than that myself (umbrella liability policy), and my little BMW is not going to do anywhere near as much damage as a semi.
