Thumbs up. Gotta be getting close, right?

Thanks, now I’m going to have Giorgio by Moroder stuck in my head all weekend.
We have the same disease! My last cars have been 6, 8, and 10 cyl. Not sure I’ll make it to 12. I had the chance to drive an 8 series when I spun wrenches in the summers in HS. I remember being a little disappointed, because the car was beautiful but I didn’t feel like the motor was quite up to par with its looks.…
Awesome. ALSO silly on paper, I DD an aging BMW sedan with a V10. I love it, no dad car comes close the the fun factor per dollar. Silly on paper = lasting character.
Ha awesome typo! Yeah, it wasn’t for everybody. But I like polarizing cars.
Yep. I love that the TT was one of the rare times that a funky concept was put into production and it looked exactly the same as the concept. That’s what was cool about it - it was unique looking, especially in Nardo Grey. And then Audi just threw that out the window by redesigning it to match the rest of its fleet,…
I stopped caring when they redesigned it to match the corporate styling. It was cool at first when the funky styling went from concept to production essentially unchanged, especially in Nardo Grey.
I second Flower, the game that made Roger Ebert (RIP) change his mind about whether games could be art. Gris has a similar feel too.
My eyes were opened in college when I went out to my buddy’s cabin in deep snow in my lifted 95 Tahoe... Sketchy! He had a LR4 which made it look like he was just out for a Sunday drive.
Agree. Product placement is so annoying. I’m supposed to believe that everyone drives Lexuses in the future or uses only Sony products? Instant loss of immersion.
Mine had a VTM-4 button that I think locks the rear diff clutch packs to send about 70% power to the rear wheels. So not a true mechanical locker, but a modern approximation thereof. I drove in a lot of gnarly conditions and never used it.
Dolphins are whales. There are two types of whales, Baleen or great whales and toothed whales which includes all dolphins. So for all intents and porpoises, Jeeps are trucks.
I’ve owned both those vehicles and can attest that she was right. The ridgeline’s AWD is excellent and far more advanced than old school 4wd.
I know this will be controversial, but I call all lifted vehicles trucks, mainly because early SUVs were on truck chassis and I got used to it, but now mostly because it’s easier to say “hon take the truck” as opposed to “hon take the SUV.” SUV doesn't exactly roll off the tongue.
Uh... a spoiler alert doesn’t work like that. I’m not mad though, you probably just saved me money on another game that I wouldn’t have time to play anyway. I missed it when it was free on PSplus.
I have two kids too, and although I’m dad, I know exactly what you mean. I have some similar feelings about modern games. I can’t play super violent or dark games in front of the kids, obviously. And personally, games where you die a lot aren’t fun anymore (although I enjoyed that kind of challenge when I was a kid, a…
True, but this is not its final form. They’re saving some for the full on X5M.
Nice timing, jerk.
It helps that he’s playing the Blazers, who have a high-character (though injured and exhausted) leader. Portland needs a Draymond Green.
So... Andretti should field an F1 team?
