2 years at a community college. Do it! Saves you tons of money, teaches you how to "be in college," smaller class sizes, etc. Jumping right into an expensive 4 year university is daunting. At CC you can find out what you want to study, try some different things, and not break the bank. I HIGHLY recommend it.

The best advice I can give to a graduating senior, and anyone really, is simply this: Don’t be an asshole. There are times when it’s tempting to be an asshole. There are times when it might be easier to be an asshole. But don’t be an asshole.

Take a break from school. Use that time to search your heart for what you want to do with your life. There’s no rush. Take your time and get over all that meaningless drama you just went through. Then, when you’re ready, go search for a community college. You don’t need to jump straight into years of debt just yet.

Torrenting is dangerous. Usenet is where it's at.

So then, if it was legal and regulated, your concern would be null and void.

What you are saying, essentially, is this episode jumped the SNARK. Thanks for your entertaining recaps, they are more enjoyable than CSI:Cyber will ever be.

Is there any chance that all of the scripts for CSI:Cyber were written for a show about dueling wizards, but they just ran FIND & REPLACE for "wizard=computer" and "spell=code"?

If you don't want to shell out for the de Young Museum, head up to the Hamon Observation Tower for free and spectacular views of the city. You can walk around the whole tower top for 360 degree views. There's also a bird eye's view on one of the walls so you can see what you're seeing from a different angle.

You picked that up yet you missed the guy trying to access information off a PC with the BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death) on it?

As a genealogist, this advice gives me the heebie jeebies. Obituaries are still the most useful tool for finding relatives, especially the married names of women. Of course, that was never the purpose of an obituary...

i am so stealing that line, dude. thanks!

Same. My music is all compressed to hell and back. Like I care it's not the same as the source, it sounds good enough.

hey did you guys see my new workspace

Any old file organizer will do - this one is from Amazon, but it's pricier than I remembered mine to be (and it's not the one I have.) I picked mine up at a Target or Ikea, for less than $10, so I imagine you can find one easily too. Either way - as long as it has complete pass-throughs from one side to the other and

Dishwashers don't make any sense for a 1 person house. If you're the only person there, and dishes are too much work for you, you need your head examined. That's why only 75% of people have them. They're expensive to operate, and if you don't have a daily full load for them it's not worth the expense.

Arguably the best upgrade to my kitchen and it cost me $4. This handheld knife sharpener is not only effective but easy and safe. In the kitchen nothing is more of an imperative (and more satisfying) than working with sharp knives. I have tried all manners of sharpening from traditional to electric and this is the
