It looks like a bitty version of Apple’s QuickTake 100! (MSRP $700 in 1994)

Channel surfing. TCM. Almost all my shit in one place. Can’t ever find anything on Netflix (cancelled service). 3 or 4 PBS stations. Almost all my shit in one place.

I know someone who had sonic. The service just stopped working, sonic couldn’t figure it out. They ended up going with Comcast.

Here’s a real shocker: I’m on vacation with my family in Greece. While my newly-on-Facebook sister is posting food photos and taking selfies, which we used to call family photos, we all noticed that none of the locals are phone obsessed. They talk on their phones, yes, but I don’t see people walking along staring at

I’m in Greece right now, day 3 of a 10 day trip with my parents and my sister. I could gve you a dozen examples of how lovely it is, but I think you’ll like this one the best:

Best: March 2012. Me and a friend. Fly to Amsterdam, 3 days in an AirBnb apartment. Local Train to Brussels transfer to the High Speed Train to Marseille. Overnight in Marseille then the local Train to Aix, overnight in Aix, High Speed Train to Brussels, Overnight in Brussels, Local Train to Amsterdam, 2 nights in

I work in “Academic Technology” for a university. I think it would surprise people to learn that I immediately distrust every new gadget and technology. I’ve had too many years experience to jump on the latest, shiniest bandwagon.

I know, right? They don’t call them Prop Masters for nothing. The production designer has all the prop houses on speed dial. Likely they designed a Mac like GUI in Illustrator, saved it as a jpg and loaded it onto a working iBook they rented from a prop house. They can’t make an exact copy of the actual GUI, Apple’s

Well done Kate. You not only survived this miasma of awfulness, it seems you are not (yet) a raging alcoholic. Thank you for all you do for us.

Even the costume designers have lost the will to live. Shad Moss’s vest and shirt are the same as last week, they just changed the tie.

It’s a great use of my time, I get to read really funny recaps that make me laugh out loud.

Awww, skipping the Arquette sisters overact-a-thon? That was just so fun. I channel surfed right on time for it. I can hear the writers now, “Let’s write a monologue for Rosanna about how much she misses her fictional dead sister it made her go crazy that she can perform in front of her live sister! So clever we are!”

I would like to thank all of you for a very necessary dose of funny this morning. It is true, laughter is the best medicine.

Everyone, get behind Kate and PUSH!

Hey Kate-

Be smart about money. Money is the key everything. Start saving now, even $20 a week/two weeks. Try to do it automatically, so you never miss it. Put the money somewhere you can’t get to it and let it grow.

Second that. A dedicated UK TV fan here. I won’t wait for stuff to maybe show up somewhere sometime. Will never watch episodes on BBC America, they are written to be shown without breaks and whoever decides when to plug in the ads needs a lesson in narrative continuity. I use episodecalendar.com to track all my shows.

The Neptune Society Columbarium. It’s the happiest cemetery on earth. It’s also close Clement Street, a great stroll and people watch location.

Thank you for posting this. Articles like these keep the conversation going in a positive direction.

Kate, you just nailed it. The review is a gem. "Obvious Episode Topic Explainer Award" and "stank face" had me in tears.
