I agree with you for the most part.

I don't know what you mean about 4 OSes- I assume you're including XP and Vista w/ 7 and 8. The stats already show that more people use 7 than still use XP, and that number was exponentially higher than Vista, so this seems like a non-issue.

As far as I understand, you would need to install it on a partition on your HDD like any other OS. So, you could dual boot, and when you're done, just remove it.

It's right there in the article man.

Automobiles haven't been drastically changed- they still use 4 tires, have 2-4 doors, are roughly the same size, have a transmission and crank shaft, friction brakes and steering wheels; most still use internal combustion engines, and even most of the electrics use an engine as a back up to the battery. There's

I'm not bored. I use my desktop to do what I need it to do. It works great and Windows 7 looks fantastic. Would I like a cool sci-fi-ish design? Yeah. But would that make things easier or more productive? Who knows.

I agree.

Seconded.

Apple's NEVER sold products at a loss. If you Google around, you can find multiple quotes from Apple execs, industry people, and news sources confirming this. If they did, their PCs would be much more inline with Dell and HP's prices, not significantly higher.

YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG. "Super Cheap" isn't a $50 discount to $450.

Maybe it's like brown rice? I have a feeling looking at that that it's made from mashed together brown rice. Eww.

You too. You've got an excellent comment.

Thanks. Excellent comment.

It's not a "personal world view". I'm simply responding to the title. While the nice little graph might say Verizon and AT&T, they're missing 1/2 of the Big 4 US carriers, not to mention all of the smaller ones, like Altel and US Cellular, etc. I think this is a case of Gizmodo making a broad statement, and me, like

mmmk buddy, I was responding to the title, which makes broad sweeping generalizations. Lrnr2read.

You're taking my statement to reductio ad absurdum. OBVIOUSLY everyone has their own preconcieved notions and the amounts of knowledge anyone has at any given point is going to be incomplete on a given subject. You still haven't addressed why I can get objective facts and reviews from Engadget, Anandtech, PC Magazine,

This is false. I use around 2-3GB/month of my 3G data and another 3-4GB on my 4G data on my Sprint unlimited plan. No tethering, just lots of Pandora, Grooveshark, web, and some Netflix.

Eh, you're looking too deeply into it. It was meant to be a comical small insight into the Wii. It was more of a comment that they rely entirely on their old franchises and recycle them again and again instead of coming up with new ones. Sony and Microsoft haven't been guilty of doing that yet.

Thank you! I knew I saw this on another site somewhere else a couple of days ago. ANd it had a chick in a bikini climbing to boot!

"I like Mario, but Nintendo needs to start developing something else already. I get that this is a great cash cow, but I'd love to see them come up with something else that's awesome."
