I'd pay a buck for that. If they want to make real money, they could substitute politicians from each side crushing the other side's supporters at a rally.

Yeah, I was going to comment that it sounded like Rooster Teeth's crew in the video. Specifically Sarge and Simmons, haha.

Came here to say that. In fact, until I saw this article, I thought the PA thing was a one-off. I had no idea it was based on a real game, because the point they made was just so spot on that it seemed to break the concept of the game.

I saw that one, and I appreciate you bringing it up again. I knew as soon as I posted my comment that someone would bring that article up.

I think the kindness is that he's still alive and getting 3 meals a day in prison. I have a feeling I'd get near-unanimous support for that opinion from the victims' families as well.

No, I was using the guy's reply. He mentioned Fox News, and so I replied in turn. If you're going to bother commenting, especially adding a stupid disparaging "sigh" at the end, you should probably bother reading the thread first.

It's close enough man. That's the whole point of the device. It's rather a small tablet. Wasn't the Dell Streak considered a small tablet? And it was around the same size screen.

I agreed with you up until the point about buying the unabomber a sandwich. Smoking pot or even meth is not the same as trying to blow up a building and successfully killing people.

I'll subscribe to that, and I'll even concede the Fox News/Gawker Media connection (God, think of all the liberals burning with rage at that thought, haha), but still. It's ridiculous when you get so many blatantly disagreeing posts. It's a major back and forth, and if the readers are looking to the site for any kind

Well, as others have noted, the distance from Juarez to El Paso is only a few hundred feet in some places. It's very likely that the bullet came from one of the spots on the edge of town that is close to El Paso.

The better half.

As others have noted, the distance from Juarez to El Paso is only a few hundred feet in some places, which is more than capable of being crossed by a bullet.

"I used to be a shopper in El Paso too, but then I took a bullet to the knee."

I can do that same thing w/ my 32GB Touchpad and Evo. ;-)

"Amazon's Kindle Fire, are assessed with asterisks and caveats and contextual justifications. They're good for what they are.

Haha, the 3G isn't especially fast, true, but it's no slower than Verizon's EVDO, and apparently they're the bee's knees, if one puts any stock on all the BS sucking up in these blogs and other media.

I thought Gawker was pretty much pro-drugs and vice? Isn't there like a story a week on a new bong or pot smoking/storing/cultivating device?

Personally, I like the way Sprint throttles my unlimited 3G and 4G data. They don't.

Streaming music I don't already have. That's the perk. Spotify, Grooveshark, Pandora, [Last.fm], iheart radio- those are beautiful programs. Spotify/Grooveshark are my favorite because I can pull up just about any song I want to hear, whenever. I don't have a huge music collection, because I don't see a need for it.
