My friend had recon in Halo 3 and we played together all the time. People would ask us how to get it and we would tell them stuff like "beat legendary all skulls active melee only" or set up fake "hump day challenges". To this day that was some of the most fun i have ever had playing a video game.

Its not linear. 2 psi out of 12 is about a 17 percent change. where two out of 100 is two percent. the more the total is the more you need to have the same rate of change.
