It was one of your articles a while back that suggested drinking a mug of warm water first thing upon waking up in the morning. I’ve been doing that since and my morning movements have been better since.

I keep bottles of water in my fridge door since I don’t keep a lot of food in my fridge most of the time. This way I have cold water to drink and helps keep the fridge cool.

That is one thing I miss being generation X, making a mix tape for my gf.

I used to draw or color with crayons/colored pencils just for the pure joy of it. I even tried water color paints. Just smelling my 96 crayons is moment of zen.

Clean your used toothbrush first though! A few drops of bleach into enough hot water to submerge the bristles and stem.

Put a paper towel on the end of the foam brush to extend it’s mileage and get more of liquids. You can spray vinegar on it for more cleaning power.
