Everyone’s different so maybe screens at night don’t mess up your sleep cycle. Try not bringing a screen to bed for a few nights, see if you can fall asleep without it :)
Are you staying up late because of a screen? When I get home at night I put my phone on the nightstand (its my alarm), ringer volume at 11. The ipad is next to me while I watch tv and so I know what time it is. I’ll check email and facebook before bedtime, floss and brush my teeth, then in bed by 10:30 and asleep…
