Yes, because the safety of others is ridiculous. You should just step off your soap box. I’m not talking about technology that prevents accidents. I’m talking about Airbags, Crumple Zones, Reinforced interior, etc. Things that old cars did not have. 

What don’t you understand? If you have a choice between a car with airbags, and a car without airbags, you choose the car with airbags. It may not matter to you personally, that is your prerogative, but for those that will be riding in your vehicle, it becomes a priority.

Why are you finding it so hard to reconcile those 2 statements? Simply put:

Hey Jason, while you’re at it, can you investigate the world of Nick Jr’s Blaze and the Monster Machines? Some of the things on that show should really be questioned.

In your case, you seemed to cover all your bases. But what if some kid, who is inspired by your way of handling things, who may not have the best judgement as you, attempts to do the same thing and put themselves in a situation that can be deadly, life threatening, etc.

Yeah that doesn’t help you at all when it comes to legal matters.

You’re just asking for a hit-and-run. What if that person had to respond to an emergency? Or, the person does not care about their car and does not care if they damage your car.
