I would definitely agree with that assessment! Stevonnie appears feminine but is essentially genderless, just like the Gems themselves. It's definitely good to see a positive depiction of subverted gender roles on TV, especially on Cartoon Network of all places.

This episode was pretty much the gayest episode of Steven Universe ever… and I mean that in the most positive way possible. <3
