Wimbledon has a curfew of 11pm local time. If they can't finish in time then they'll have to play tomorrow

Take a shot every time Anderson says “come on"

A 3rd wimbledon title for Nadal could have huge implications. If he wins this and another AO and Roger never wins another slam we might have to reconsider who the GOAT is. For that I'm rooting for Djokovic and Anderson. Isner can fuck off

Angry Djokovic is great and so much more enjoyable than his peace and love shtick. That Edmund match seemed to really rekindle his competitive fire.

IIRC the Rockets offseason moves last season were panned. There was all this talk about there being only one ball and no one thought the signings of Tucker and Mbah a Moute would make them contenders. I mean weren’t they projected to be like the 8th seed last year? I would give Morey a chance and wait it out before

Ordering $80 worth of sushi is a very cosmopolitan thing to do

The trip Jones used following the head kick was a thing of beauty. He spun Cormier around and made one of the greatest fighters ever look like a klutz

I’m happy for Cormier. I’m not a big fan of his, but he deserves this moment after all of the shitty luck he’s had. Unlikely but I love to see him and Jones at HW.

While Booker is young and talented, I always got the impression he would be a 3rd or 2nd option at best on a contender. If I took the time I could come up with a list of 30 players I’d rather have on my team. Admittedly, I haven't watched the Suns much the last few seasons, so I could be wrong about him.

This feels like a thing that could be the start of a turnaround for their season but it's also the Nats so probably not

The Lakers have made some highly questionable moves after getting Lebron, but I’m ok with them not going after Boogie this year. I don’t think Cousins is going to make much of an impact on the Warriors. Outside of like having a limb severed, an Achilles tear is the worst injury for a basketball player to have,

He’ll be in the entertainment capital of the world. He’ll end up making so much more money than in Cleveland when you consider endorsements and business opportunities

Something about does feel wrong. I root against the Lakers, so I’m biased, but unless they can land Kawhi it feels more like a business decision than a basketball one. It’s like he knows he’s not winning anymore titles until the warriors run is over so he’s going to maximize his earnings playing in LA and be ok with

I understand penalties are necessary. I just dislike the idea of the biggest tournament in all sports being decided by them. Thankfully it’s only happened twice

I agree, except I believe the final should never be decided by penalty kicks. Go to sudden death after extra time if the game is still tied

I want to see Lebron win more titles but I'm such a Laker hater I will root against him with every fiber of my being if he goes to LA

I don’t understand all of the salary cap rules but Lebron opting in would have allowed the Rockets to go over the hard cap in a trade with the Cavs.

Laker fans are going to be even more insufferable if that happens. It would be interesting to see what mental gymnastics they come up with to defend rooting for Lebron after talking so much shit about him for years

I thought they were going to finally win last year considering they had game 7 at home and Kershaw available to pitch. Nope, they totally shat the bed in true Dodger fashion.
