This is the biggest problem imho it’s a pay to play system now where if you go to other countries every city has a team and every team has a development academy and if they don’t then there is a big one nearby. I’m 27 and played top club soccer but it cost thousands to play on those teams.
The German team that recently won the WC were all discovered and developed under JK. Löw might be great tactically but JK found those players.
