I don't think Will Smith is the kind of black man that has reason to fear the LAPD.

These two particular black men are not in danger of the LAPD. OJ Simpson never had to fear the LAPD and he did things more severe than slapping someone over a tasteless joke.
Rock is just as rich and powerful as the Smiths. He's also practically built jis career on ridiculing black women and is one of those "cancel culture is ruining comedy" morons.
She's spoken about it before. If people didn't know, I guess they weren't paying attention.
Rock's been getting flak for using black women as the butt of his jokes for years.
The MCU was built on c rank characters. The Guardians are among Marvel’s lowedt selling properties in the comics and their movies are a hit. The people who will see this movie will judge it on its own merits, not its arbitrary rank among comic fans.
There's plenty of media with a comedic Joker.
Ledger’s Joker was far from attractive and there were people who still thought he was the true hero of the movie.
So Killmonger is going to produce a movie starring Black Manta about racism in the FBI.
Ironically, Anderson also made the first Mortal Kombat movie which os considered one of the best video game movies.
How is calling out his abusive behaviour giving it a platform?
What potential does Holly have?
This Bruce Wayne is still a very clever person. Even staying under the radar like he does requires a great deal of intelligence given how famous his parents were.
I remember that twitter thread from a few years ago about a black Batman. If this is how people react every time a white actor is cast as Bruce Wayne, I can only imagine what announcing a black guy to play him would do.
Jumped out to wear? It's not like he can fly.
Batman already is a sanctimonious prick. Nolan's version is just one of the more tolerable ones.
In fairness, the train got destroyed in the first movie, so maybe no one bothered to rebuild it. And while the Narrows are nice, I don't think they have to be relevant to every movie.
I just never understood this criticism. We had Bruce travelling the world being trained by ninjas, calling hinself Batman, hell this trilogy's take on Bane is the most accurate of any adaptation. Where is this supposed lack of respect for the source material?
That’s ironic coming from Rucka given what his Batman work is like.
It's the suit he was wearing when he was burned. It got damaged partly.
