@yanipheonu: To be fair, a single moment's thought about the "stereotypical gamer" would tell you something's getting lost within moments of opening the box.

@Shelhamer: Because its been there and happened. Gamestop changed policy on this a WHILE ago. If an employee checks out any "new" labeled merch, the game is labeled as "opened-new" and the customer is given 10% off. This does NOT extend to "gut-copies", so you bands of hooligans dont steal everything in the store.

@Teancum: This isnt about "gamestop exclusives", this is about companies packing in "new game incentives" and making stickers so impossible to take off no one bothers to try.

This is bollocks in the highest degree. People are just looking for things to sue gamestop over now. The funny thing is of all the reasons they deserve it, this isnt one. Do you REALLLY expect "one time use" items to be usable when buying USED?

Someone was trying to get with my mom when I was a kid, so he bought me an NES. I still have my very first NES controller. I modded it when I was 8.

Sonic at this point, should just make one 4th wall breaking game about his exit from the gaming world. It should cover his entire career, like a playable VH1 story. Finally ends up with him settling down with amy and Tails on a nice oasis in the middle of a wide open space somewhere.
