That’s what actually keeps me playing in new areas. I understand the lack of the power trip kinda thing but it works well for elder scrolls games

You mention how in BP the Rhinos are smart enough to recognize the human hierarchy, stopping its charge against Okoye. I thought it actually stopped because it was her beloved’s Rhino, with whom she had much interaction and built a bond with. Basically, the Rhino was just fond enough of her to not cause her any harm,

As he spiraled downward, he gave at least one interview talking about how the money made him feel completely alienated from society at large.

On the other hand, the Gates, when confronted with that problem, decided to cure malaria instead of turning into the absolute worst sort of person.

I never thought that Minecraft being bought out by a multi-billion dollar corporation would end up being a good thing.

My guess? The community will eventually Get Over It.

There are some very interesting things like explanations for some of the unused assets from one of the developers of the game, and stuff they wanted to do but didn’t get to. Also I learned about the Donut Team which mods the game and adds all sorts of interesting stuff. Did you watch the video?

“Man Releases [Gaming Related] Video [That Features New Info & Cool Stuff About A Popular And Beloved Game] on Youtube [& Kotaku Writer Create A Short Post Sharing Some Of This New Info With Folks Who Might Be At Work/School And Can’t Watch It Now OR Who Didn’t Know About This Video And Now Get To Watch It]”

dude i saw with the corner of my eyes the pic and the words miyamoto and what at first glance looked like “dead”(dad) and I had a fucking heart attack.

So what? If it is 1 dollar or 1 million dollars the idea is the same. You were aware he was being paid. His salary is not public information.

Do you not understand celebrity endorsements? Or advertising deals? None of the people that were paid to stream Apex tried to hide the fact that they were paid for it.

This. Streaming is their livelyhood. Thus they play what they are paid to play, or what is popular and will bring the viewers. It’s an insanely simple concept that seems to be lost on most game fans these days.

Who the people who made the game that brings more collectivejoy in a single minute of existence then most people do in an entire week? Or the streamer who has managed to monetize what he loves doing and provides a service that evidentially also provides happiness to many people?

BUCKLE UP PUPPIES READY TO RIDE, START THE CAR OFF WE GO!!!! PUPPY LIKES TO GO FOR A RIDE.

My kiddo has one of these.  I have, on more than one occasion, heard it over the baby monitor at o’dark thirty in the morning.

I’m surprised nobody pointed out the obvious problem: the Pod sleigh physics.

They would be crazy not to do a podracing game

EA: “But what if we had Ghost Games make this, but we force them to use Frostbite, an engine that was definitely not designed for racing games, and we implement loot boxes for boosters and pod skins? And Sebulba rubber bands like a motherfucker? You’d buy it because ‘Star Wars’, right? Now this is pod racing.”

The joke’s on him when he has to reflect on the horror’s he’s participated in and tries to escape with his son by flying away only to have his son perish when his wings melt and he falls into the ocean.

This is a genuinely excellent analysis of the level Kevin. Thanks for it!

I learned that lesson real quick. I mean, real quick.
