No and unfortunately I've since lost the source code. Nowadays I don't do any modding. My day job is as a game programmer and when I come home I want to spend time with my family and play games, not keep programming.

I once modded Jedi Academy to allow for first person light saber combat and getting it to look good was much harder than getting it to work.
Turn-based riddles.. Like insult sword fighting?
This reminds me of Bruce Dickinson piloting the aeroplane on Iron Maiden tours.
I think this game looks great as a sort of definitive (ultimate?) Version of Super Smash Bros. Which made me think that perhaps I’d get it.
I haven’t had it turned on in a while, so I don’t know if it’s changed, but it at least used to be very easy to describe: it prefers tapping basic lands and whenever possible avoids tapping lands with non-mana abilities.
As a game programmer I don’t think this should be a big concern if the game system is robust and dynamic enough. If an effect is difficult to describe properly in code that means you’re likely to have difficulties describing it unambiguously in natural language as well, which may hint at an issue with card design.
I’ve been playing the closed beta and now the open one and I’m loving it. It’s a lot nicer than Magic Online. All these issues seem like realistic concerns for new players, though.
Well, this is a game developed in Sweden and “fe “ is the Swedish word for fairy. The pronunciation in Swedish is essentially the English word “fear” without the r.
Disclaimer: I’m a programmer at Ghost Games.
As a game programmer, I wouldn’t mind data miners finding some secret I’ve put in a game. Data mining takes knowledge and dedication as well and I generally like the idea of solving problems in non-traditional ways.
Other grievances which haven’t been mentioned include the system for responding which requires you to actively press a button rather than simply not pass priority.
I actually cringed at the power supply because I felt that just like so often, people are overdoing the specs of the power supply. For a 1080, Nvidia recommends a power supply of 500W. I recently built a pc quite similar but a bit more powerful than this. I actually did the math and realised that a 550W power supply…
Before I get to what I really wanted to say I must complain about those ads. These last few days, I don’t know what changed, but I can’t read a single article here on my phone without accidentally clicking tens of ads. It is very frustrating! The site seems to interpret scrolling an ad into the screen as clicking it.
I’ve lost track of how many essay length comments I’ve started writing (here, YouTube, Hacker News, ...) only to stop halfway through and delete it all. I always start out full of enthusiasm and bursting to tell the world about some cool detail of our work at Ghost Games.
This is really nice. Uno is one is of those games I really enjoy, despite the fact that I keep having to either guess or ask for help.
As a consumer I love being able to read multiple thorough, well-written reviews on release day, before deciding whether to buy the game immediately or wait and see.
My son has not yet done anything like this, but I’m sure it will happen in the future. It does remind me a lot of when I was five or six years old and had just reached Bowser’s castle in Super Mario World. That’s when my little sister accidentally deleted the save when trying to figure out how to start a new game.…
Twilight Princess came out the week before I had exams. I know the feeling. Luckily, no Zelda came out just before my thesis was due.
This reminds me of some reddit discussions about a game I worked on where people were “explaining” to one another how our trailers were obviously not captured in-game (they were) or how they knew our PC version was released later than console because we “forgot to optimize it for PC” (which is complete nonsense).
