From what I’ve gathered, the idea of “cultural appropriation” as a concept is mostly an American thing, as other cultures seem really confused by it.

tbh it isn’t a big deal in India. Like I said in this thread itself people love the “Lean On” video. From what I’ve gathered this is an issue faced by immigrants and especially their kids.
