Gotcha. I just read the title and thought it was going to be something actually disrespectful and not just click bait.

The title of this article seems needlessly inflammatory. You couldn't just go with "Sega's Long Silence on Missing Game" or "Sega Remains Silent on Phantasy Star Online"?

Well, there you go. The word "Feminazi" just got dropped. That just Femigodwins the entire discussion.

Completely true. We all need to look hard at who we are and how we've changed since high school, and more importantly perhaps, how we have not changed.

I had no idea I could say "Xbox Select" to bring up app-specific commands. I'd just been saying "Xbox Go To Netflix" while already in Netflix to do that.

I have no earthly idea what the fuck you just said.

    Yeah, no worries!

That's fair. I just find it scary that people are talking here like we're looking at a "big" girl.

    Cool chart!

I feel like I'm going crazy here. That Twi'lek is considered "not the standard of beauty"? I mean, she's considered a bit heavy?

It's Victorian-era. It's probably something English people said French people said but the French never actually did.

Paranoid conspiracy theory: Toys'R'Us thinks Kids like Kinect.

There's precious little difference between arguing stuff should be happening and shrugging and saying, "What are you gonna do?" when it comes to changing things, though. Apathy is a bigger obstacle than affecting change.

Are you familiar with the concept of "micro-aggressions"? They are very important to these types of situations.

    Foo is my surname!

Essentially, your argument is, "It'll never go away completely, so we shouldn't try," with a side of "and probably some innocent people will get hit, too"?

I say so, yes. When you don't have to live with this kind of harassment just because you're a woman (or another minority), it's hard to understand how constant and damaging it is.

Protip: if your response to this kind of message is "I don't see why she didn't just put him on ignore", you're vastly missing the point.

"Coddling" here meaning "eventually banning someone who was threatened with rape"?

Amazing. I have never met such people.
