She’s dead, and I already spent all her cash.
She’s dead, and I already spent all her cash.
Go upstairs and ask mom for some cash.
That makes sense but I’m still a little bummed as an American.
That sounds plausible. Risky if a movie turns out to be junk, though.
Ah, I found a link that explains. Kevin Feige said, in a reddit AMA, that as some overseas markets observe holidays around this time (we have a May Day Bank Holiday on the 1st), they started to experiment (with Iron Man 2 and Thor) with releasing them earlier in those territories to boost initial viewing figures. He…
The best reason I’ve ever heard is that it’s kind of like a soft opening since you’re a smaller market. Therefore: great reviews from overseas the week before will drive up opening weekend box office in the US.
Yeah, it’s opening on the 29th here in Mexico too! I got tickets for it like two weeks ago and I CAN’T WAIT.
That’s not true, obviously. Honestly I’ll be lucky if I can afford popcorn with it at the local theater.

‘cept when you’re allergic. sad face.
Even worse are the people who try to justify being an asshole in the morning by saying they haven't had their coffee yet.
Wrong. Bacon is delicious and tasty, therefore it is the embodiment of all that is good in this world. If eating bacon is wrong, I don’t want to ever be right.
I feel my username is relevant to this conversation.
You’ve missed my point.
But that’s a media narrative and a bunch of bad recommendations based on assumptions that are not true (and there was never evidence to back up). The science has literally never shown in any sort of meaningful way eggs were harmful.
They joked about this in the Simpsons 20 years ago and the evidence has only ever…
There’s a Family Guy cutaway that is about how obnoxious people that go on at length each day about how much they need coffee are, but I can’t find it.
Eggs are always good!
