I’m not sure I agree, especially after the finale of that movie and the way it allows Batman to be a hero to the masses. Tonally yes the movie is very grim, but I think the right creative person could mingle that vision with the other heroes.

We already got a remaster of FFIX, and apart from the backgrounds (which were filtered before AI upscaling was in wide practice), it’s fine.
