Totally agree on grilled pizza. I’ve tried grilling directly on the grate, but not loved it. This year, I’ve been using the pizza stone from the oven parked on top of the grill grate, plus, using parchment paper under the pizza itself. Helps get it off the peel and does not seem to meaninfully inhibit charring.
