You don’t claim the tribe, the tribe claims you. Cultural connection is not the same as genetic heritage. If you don’t even know the name of the tribe (or if it is only a general word like Cherokee or Sioux) then you can’t really claim to be Indigenous in any meaningful way. That is quite possible. But you would think that at some point one of these goofballs would be physically presentable if not attractive. But they are consistently clownish.
