You could say it Blinded Him with Science.

Was it just me or was anybody else upset by the ‘de-powering’ of Jessica Jones? There were a number of times her ‘controlled leaping’ ability would have been handy. Just in chasing after Matt when she was following him, she could have kept pace just by doing her jumping thing. It seems like they just forgot that part.

Luke telling Danny to “Light it Up” and then all four of them proceeding to beat the hell out of The Hand as Wu-Tang Clan’s “Protect Ya Neck” plays in the background was the highlight for me.

They wasted Sigourney Weaver. The Hand as antagonists have been a wreck since they were introduced in Daredevil, and even though I loved Weaver’s performance, I feel like it was just a missed opportunity.

We’re talking dragons and Fin Fang Foom doesn’t show up?

It’s against the written rules.

This case upsets me on so many levels. I feel for the victim Payton Leutner, because not only did she have to recover from being brutally stabbed, she is going to have lasting psychological trauma. I really have no idea how she is going to be able to form relationships and trust people, when two people she thought

If she tried to force it it could easily become rote and formulaic. It would just be another sitcom.

Remember that scene at the end of Cast Away when Tom Hanks goes and sees his wife and she’s filling him in on all the things that have changed since he’s been gone and he wants to clarify that Nashville actually has an NFL team now, but doesn’t seem all that excited about it?

They will be in a juvenile facility until they reach their states age of majority. Some states at that time will reevaluate and determine whether to release or require them to transfer to adult facilities; others just automatically transfer.

Your 2011 record: 9-7.

“ask the Chiefs how high picks from directional Michigan schools turn out!”

That whole rap about Lawrence being unemployed for two years as a justification for cheating is some low-key, sexist bullshit. If you flipped that around and Issa had been unemployed and living off of Lawrence would that be a justification for him to cheat? Hell no! So why do we say the reverse is OK?

There was no context, the interview wasn’t even about gun laws. This is just part of her wardrobe.

There’s a pro wrestling axiom about the most successful wrestlers being ones who “live their gimmick.” I feel like that’s Katrina Pierson. It’s also why a guy like Sean Spicer couldn’t hack it after a while. He was trying to keep his soul AND go out and be a hack for Trump, but ultimately couldn’t have it both ways.

Fixers, middlemen and Middle East oil barons have children to feed too, you know.

“I think there’s blame on both sides.”

I’m here to defend Joey Barton’s right to free speech.

I’m surprised it’s against the rules in the first place, it’s so innocuous and and betrays a players lack of positional awareness with respect to his teammates.
