I think you should reread the article. The point was that many of those photos were reported, reviewed and *approved*. Not some more ethereal wisps of rape jokes that us sly feminists are hiding, but those specific photos which you just deemed "obviously offensive" and an "easy call" - those are the ones FB hedged on.
