Its an all natural soap made in West Africa. I generally get mine from Butters-n-Bars but you can also buy the Shea Moisture Brand at Target. Shea Moisture also has other options. I like it but it can be drying for some people.

I love the olive oil and Honey. I do that once a month when I want to wear my curls in a natural state.

I eyeball it but 2:1 should be good but it really depends on your hair texture and stuff. If you have straight fine hair skip the oil and just use the mayo.
