You should hit up the plural of fish next.

If we’re talking about misspelled terms in automotive, may I also add to the pile:

Oh my fuck, that’s a good looking car.

I just died

Their you halve it. An other peace, wear the average, person demonstrates they’re inability, to, write, affectively. You’re points are valid, but still, its a shame to sea.

That’s a pretty car!

I forgot about that beauty. If they had built and exported that in SS trim I wouldn’t be driving a BMW right now. I STILL want a Chevy SS or Pontiac GTO.

Jason, I love you and all, but it is not pronounced LAYGO.  It’s Lego.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep, there she is. They (Holden) didn’t have engineering resources to do both so the Camaro won out, seeing as it would be the higher volume product. Also, no pesky UAW contracts (limiting the number imported), trade agreements or fluctuating exchange rates to deal with.

The Monaro/GTO followup was supposed to be the Coupe 60, and GM killed that like Pontiac.

Sigh. That is sad...

This was largely the end of the Australian domestic market. Holden closed their last factory in Elizabeth in 2017. The last Commodore to roll off the line was also the most powerful. 636 horsepower in a mid-sized sedan. I love Aussie jalops.

I have a few friends in Oz and they all say the same thing. “Why are we getting these boring blob SUV things?” Well that and "why is everything on fire?"

Meh, this really happened in 2017 with the discontinuing of the Aussie built VF (Chevy SS).

“...which will now only be SUVs and, as the Aussies like to call El Camino-type trucks, utes”

This is all I ever see anyway of every Bro Truck

It’s not a box.

Compared to other cars on the road, it just looks like a kit.

Remember when everyone called the Scion XB and the Honda Element boxes on wheels?

Glad this monstrosity is allowed to drive around and endanger others for vanity while not meeting the rules of the road for cars in California.
